• Introduction- Dale Lange

o Call to order 7:03 PM.

o Roll call- Dale Lange, Doug Erdmann, Roger Prestine, Lyle Lange, Mike Donofrio, Jim Bereza, Sam Anuta, Steve Wilke.

o Approval of November minutes. 1st by Bereza, 2nd by Lyle. Motion passes.

• Treasurers report- Erdmann

o CD $16,212.25

o Checking $1729.59

o A check was mailed to Wild Rivers TU for $500.00 to help fund the beaver project on Hauer Creek in Sawyer County.

o Motion to approve. 1st by Prestine, 2nd by Bereza. Motion passes.

• Miscellaneous- Dale

o Our learn to trout fish class will be February 15, 22, March 1, 6 at the Dome Lanes.

o State Council meeting will be February 3rd in Oshkosh. We are allocated $500 for the banquet. Dale has tickets and they are $35.00. We also have to tie flies to donate for the banquet.

o Our banquet will be Monday, April 23rd at Embers 1871 in Peshtigo. Meal items were selected. Tickets will remain at $35.00.

• Regional Meeting-Dale

o On December 2nd in Polar, WI. Marinette pledged $3k for a work crew in Antigo, $3k for a Lakewood work crew, $1k for beaver trapping on Hauer Creek, $1k for North Branch Oconto work, $500 for USFS fisheries technicians, $500 for Spring Meadow dam removal. Total $9,000.00. NE Region pledged a total of $49,500.00.

• Kids Fishing Camp

o July 20-23 at Pine Lake Bible Camp by Wild Rose, WI. We will send two kids. Cost is $250 each.

• Motion to adjourn- Dale

o 7:37 PM. 1st by Erdmann, 2nd by Bereza. Motion passes.

• Speaker- Mike Donofrio, Peshtigo DNR. Presentation on the sturgeon lift station on the Menominee River.
