• Introduction- Dale Lange

o Call to order- 7:16PM

o Roll Call- Sam Anuta, Charles Bartells, Doug Erdmann, Dale Lange, John LeBeau,

Jim Bereza, Lyle Lange, Marty Lund, Roger Prestine, Peter Kurtz.

o Approval of December minutes. 1st by Bereza, 2nd by Lyle Lange. Motion passes.

• Treasurer’s report- Erdmann

o CD $16,212.25

o Checking $1729.75

o 990 N submitted on 01/10/18 to IRS

o $500 check needs to be sent to State Banquet for prizes.

o Motion to approve. 1st by Bereza, 2nd by Prestine. Motion passes.

• Miscellaneous

o Doug is moving to Central Wisconsin on 03/22. We will need to find a new secretary, treasurer, youth education coordinator, website editor, workday coordinator. Doug will stay on as the NE Region Vice Chair until the December regional meeting.

o State banquet is February 3rd in Oshkosh. Doug mailed the check to the state banquet for prizes on 01/22.

o Dale Lange, Peter Kurtz, Dave Lengas, and Doug Erdmann tied flies to be sold at the state banquet.

o Charles Bartells donated a bamboo flyrod to our chapter.

o We received a thank you letter from Friends of TU for our $250 donation.

o Dale gave a banquet update on prizes. Banquet will be April 23rd at Embers 1871 Supper Club in Peshtigo.

o Roger suggested that we should send a representative to the Back 40 Mine meeting in coming up. Still checking on the date.

• Motion to Adjourn- Dale Lange.

• Next meeting- Sunday, February 11th.
• Program- Doug Erdmann demonstrated how to tie the Pink Squirrel fly.
